Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms govern use of Nuzr — the website at nuzr.app and the Nuzr application. By creating an organisation account or using the service, you agree to them.
What Nuzr is
Nuzr lets organisations register equipment, print scannable labels for it, receive fault reports from anyone who scans a label, and record inspections against it. Members of the public who report a fault do not need an account and are not bound by these terms beyond using the report form honestly.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your organisation's account and for keeping staff credentials secure.
- You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may close your account at any time; we will delete the organisation's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data
Your equipment records, reports and inspection history belong to you, not us. We host and process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and claim no other rights over them.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately false content — including knowingly false fault reports.
- Don't upload images you have no right to share, or that contain unlawful content.
- Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The big one: Nuzr is not a safety authority
Nuzr is a tool for collecting and organising reports and inspection records. It does not inspect equipment, certify compliance, or guarantee that faults will be reported, noticed, or fixed. Responsibility for equipment safety, statutory inspections and regulatory compliance remains entirely with the organisation that owns the equipment. Do not rely on Nuzr as your only safety mechanism.
Service availability
Nuzr is under active development and provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves. We will not remove capabilities you depend on without reasonable notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuzr's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will update this page and its date, and notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
